Professional web site development with, experience constructing and maintaining database driven web sites for the Internet and the Kodak intranet.

• Built a web site that allowed designers to translate CAD files from one format to another, then transfer them to external suppliers. This was a completely automated process resulting in a 4000,000 thousand dollar savings per year.
• Developed a "Kodak Corporate License Service" web site. Distributed licensed software for Kodak employe usage. Automatically tracked all license usage and issued monthly reports. First year savings in excess of 8 million dollars for Kodak.

Instrumental in the development of the Kodak Advanced Structural Ceramic R&D Department

Extensive work in the research and development of Zirconia - based ceramic powders.

• Developed Zirconia rollers for the transportation of film that lead to a 6 million dollar per year savings for the company.

Powder Metal tool design

• Redesigned a Powder Metal press to facilitate faster set up times. Before the redesign it would take up to 7 hours to set the machine up to run a new part. After completing a redesign I reduced the time to 20 minutes.

Received US patents

• Ceramic rollers for the conveyance of photographic films and paper and polymeric webs.
• Ceramic guide rails for photographic film and paper and polymeric web perforation.
• Air lubricated hydrodynamic ceramic bearings.
• An improved materials transporting element.
• An improved ceramic ware plate useful for materials processing equipment.
• Bi-directional, Dual Speed Film Transport Gear Drive Apparatus.
